<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong> JOB PURPOSE </strong><p><br></p>DAMAC Brand Ambassador are the face of the brand as they are the first point of contact with the clients and get their attention at the stands in a professional and elegant manner to generate quality leads and arrange office meetings for the sales team.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><strong> Managerial Accountabilities </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Adhere to stands code of conduct and dress code </li><li> To follow company stands script </li><li> To achieve the assigned leads, tours, and sales targets </li><li> To promote DAMAC projects and new promotions </li><li> Have an in-depth knowledge of products </li><li> Follow up with the leads to convert into show meeting </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Functional Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> To approach prospects and qualify them </li><li> To be productive at the stand all the time during the shift </li><li> To take ownership of stand appearance and marketing collateral </li><li> Can work at different locations and shifts as per business requirement </li><li> Must stay up to date with all new promotions and prices </li><li> Support colleagues whenever required </li><li> Report any issue from the stand in a timely manner </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Competencies And Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Excellent communication and negotiation skills </li><li> Positive attitude and energetic </li><li> High interpersonal sensitivity </li><li> Ability to understand different cultures </li><li> Organized </li><li> Goal-Oriented </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications And Experience</strong><p><br></p><strong> Experience and Technical </strong> <strong>Knowledge</strong><p><br></p><ul><li></li><li> Experience in luxury retail / Promotional Venues</li><li> Experience in the hospitality sector </li><li> Qualifications</li><li> High school or above</li></ul>
