<p><strong>Department Description:</strong></p><p>Retail Distribution is responsible for offering products and services to the Bank’s customers.</p><p><strong>Brief Description:</strong></p><p>The Branch Manager has direct accountability of the Branch’s financial performance, operational control and customer service delivery. The responsibility span across all segments of customers. A great deal of customer contact and internal interactions with support and control units are part of the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Detailed Description:</strong></p><p><strong><em><u>·</u></em></strong>Achievement of portfolio growth, sales, cross-sell and any other applicable financial targets for the branch for all applicable segments.</p><p><strong><em><u>·</u></em></strong>Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior services</p><p><strong><em><u>·</u></em></strong>Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interest</p><p><strong><em><u>·</u></em></strong>Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency</p>
