Job Description

• Supervise the financing and insurance department of dealership in the automotive business.
• Well-versed and implement policies and procedures in the dealership.
• Maintain good lender relations and sales.
• Maintain current inventory log and makes recommendations to management.
• Provide a thorough explanation of benefits that protect vehicles.
• Ensure that customers understand each and every detail of contract they will agree to.
• Address missing stipulations communicated from lender immediately.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer information.
• Show and demonstrate vehicles when necessary..
• Determines the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options.
