Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to play the following roles…
- Training, supervising and appraising staff.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Maintaining, statistical and financial reports.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Sending reports about a shortage in products.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to train others
- Very good English & computer skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 2-3 years in a relevant field
- Experience in-store management is a plus.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
