Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to play the following roles… 
​​​​​​​

  • Training, supervising and appraising staff.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Maintaining, statistical and financial reports.
  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Sending reports about a shortage in products.
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Ability to train others
  • Very good English & computer skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 2-3 years in a relevant field
  • Experience in-store management is a plus.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
