If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you!</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our office in Tyr. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the portfolio of CFI’s sales team, offering high-quality service, and maintaining a larger number of sustainable clients. Additionally, you will represent the company’s products and services, utilizing consumer research and in-depth knowledge to demonstrate how our solutions meet customer needs. Your primary objective will be to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This will involve generating leads, building relationships, and organizing your daily work schedule to engage with existing and potential customers. You will also be expected to develop and implement a territory action plan based on comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on customer interactions and results observed in the field.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing for seminars inhouse and all over Lebanon in addition to webinars. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Present videos on all media platforms as well as on TV programs </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing for presentations in various companies, organizations and syndicates</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Setting plans on quarterly basis</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keeping-up with formats’ updates</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the onboarding clients, and coordinating with other departments (Documents, KYCs)&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responding to client’s requests in timely manner</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to explain to the client all the required information clearly and honestly as well as the risks </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confirmation calls, following up with the unfunded accounts</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Activating, funding, and retention </p><p>NB: Your recent KPI will be attributed to the effectiveness of your CRM</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency with sales management software and CRM</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of MS Office software</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in written and spoken English </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work on public holidays when necessary</p><p><strong>Why join CFI?</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We’re a fast-growing, multinational company</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive salaries and benefits</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work and learn with industry professions</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supportive and collaborative environment</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Unlimited opportunities for growth and development</p><p><br></p>
