Summary of Position<br>The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch which includes: achievement of sales targets and activities, providing leadership, training and development to the branch staff and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service as well as adhering to company policies and procedures. <br><br>Key Duties and Responsibilities<br>The following are the key duties & responsibilities related to the position, not limited to:<br>· Ensure the branch achieves revenue targets.<br>· Ensure the branch operation is running efficiently and effectively.<br>· Customer retention by ensuring that students’ learning goals are being met.<br>· Resolve all customer issues or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. <br>· Ensure a healthy and suitable work environment that enables employees to perform at their best. <br>·Providing recommendation for needed workforce to achieve the desired targets, as well as their accountability for controlling the turnover rate within their branch.<br><br>Qualifications<br>· Proven branch management experience or similar role<br>· Ability to meet sales targets <br>· Excellent organizational skills<br>· Results driven and customer focused<br>· Leadership and human resources management skills<br>· Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including day, evening, and weekend when required<br>· BS in Business Administration or related field<br><br>To apply to this position, please send your CV to recruitment@4level1.com
