Overview of the role:
Preparing Cash & Credit invoices for parts & workshop dept.
What you will do:
- Preparing cash & credit invoices for parts & workshop
- Filing all invoices & receipts
- Depositing of daily cash collection in bank
- Reconcile clearing accounts on daily bases
- Managing of Petty cash claims
- Record customer’s collections and instalments payments
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Min. one year experience
SAP ERP experience
Ability to use Microsoft office
About the Team:
As Branch Accountant will be reporting to Accounts Manager and you will be based in our branch where you will be dealing direct with our customers.
