<p>We’re looking for boutique manager that’s responsible to develop and maximise the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Aspects of Key Performance</strong>:</p><ul><li>Maximise turnover and profitability development of the boutique.</li><li>Sales generated inside and outside the boutique.</li><li>Discounts management: Control pf discount and general expense in the boutique.</li><li>Performance analysis, KPI development and SWOT analysis of the boutique.</li><li>Implementation of customer relationship programs with boutique teams.</li><li>Improvement of database registration (quantity and quality).</li><li>Professional Customer Service/ After Sales Service execution in boutique. </li><li> Set KPIs and Target for team. </li><li> Personal development and talent management </li><li> Motivation of the team </li><li> Monitoring and appraisal of the team.</li><li> Integration and training of new sales associates in the team. </li><li>Optimising stock management in boutiques (replenishment, rotation, inventory). </li><li> Proper execution and timely delivery of boutique reports. </li><li> Proper maintenance in the boutique. </li><li> Implementation of security concept. </li><li> Execution of promotion and incentives on boutique level. </li><li>Definition, support and realizations of marketing activities (commercial). </li><li> Excellence at POS as any time and control of quality of displays. </li><li> Adhesion to appropriate display and product guidelines always. </li><li> Coaching of the boutique teams. </li><li> Monitor self-learning progress of team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Saudi National.</li><li>7-10 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.</li><li>5-7 years’ experience in a top-location management of a retail luxury business.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.</li><li>Manages his/ her profile standards on a high level.</li><li>Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.</li><li>Strong customer orientation skills</li><li>Administration skills.</li><li>Goal oriented approach, multitasking.</li><li>Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge.</li><li>Fluent and English.</li></ul><p></p>
