The Boutique Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations of the store to meet and exceed sales and productivity objectives. As the team leader, the Boutique Manager sets the appropriate and positive tone in the boutique and within the broader community, fosters a climate of service excellence and is a champion of employee engagement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Successfully manage the store’s P&amp;L</li><li>Implement and manage the (Global Sales Directors) GSD’s directive on maximising Fabergé’s visibility and presence with clients and footfall</li><li>Create and implement individual and store sales plan to drive and realise sales objectives, produce sales reports and communicate these to the GSD</li><li>Keep track of and manage the team’s commission scheme</li><li>Ensure effective team management and development to achieve maximum potential</li><li>Think tactically and strategically to implement the retail business plan as directed</li><li>Monitor individual and store KPI’s to ensure excellent productivity and performance metrics and optimise any opportunities in and around the Dubai area</li><li>To drive Fabergé’s visibility and acknowledgement across relevant client groups, in-turn achieving client acquisition and retention</li><li>Using the event spec document, pitch, plan and execute a range of thought-through client initiatives, which will help to build and drive sales through the boutique’s P&amp;L</li><li>Liaise with the CRM team on all client communications, written and verbal, ensuring appropriate tone and content</li><li>Be a Fabergé Brand Ambassador and share the ‘Fabergé experience</li><li>Achieve consistent stock turn whilst delivering high level and bespoke sales</li><li>Define customer service standards to increase sales performance, maximize market share, and offer a consistent luxury customer experience</li><li>Help develop and maximise the boutique team to ensure a top functioning business unit</li><li>Lead, motivate and inspire the team and promote a positive work environment to ensure the team is maximising opportunities and increasing sales</li><li>Regularly listen to and solicit feedback, encourage dialogue and support new ideas to inspire team creativity</li><li>Maintain the highest in-store standards including merchandising, visual display and security</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Attributes:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven track record of driving store sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans</li><li>Exceptional retail experience in delivering a meticulous client and selling experience in a luxury retail environment</li><li>Ability to inspire trust, integrity and professionalism with clients</li><li>Justified competency in identifying and developing new opportunities to grow customer base and increase loyalty, while ensuring brand awareness and penetration in market</li><li>Proven team and individual leadership skills</li><li>Past professional experience in running all day to day retail operations for a retail business unit</li><li>Demonstrated capability to identify, acquire and develop high-performing team members</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Point of Sales (POS) system)</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays</li><li>Confirmed ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment</li><li>Must have authorization to work in the UAE</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of luxury retail management experience, in the jewellery sector</li><li>University Degree or equivalent</li><li>Graduate Gemmology Degree preferred</li><li>Additional language capabilities preferred</li></ul>
