<p>&nbsp;<strong>experience</strong> </p><p>blasting/painting supervisor/foreman </p><p> responsibilities as below:</p><ul><li>Supervising blasting and painting teams and ensuring they adhere to high-quality standards and project timelines.</li><li>Planning and organizing daily work schedules.</li><li>Assigning daily tasks to team members</li><li>and providing clear instructions to team members.</li><li>Conducting regular inspections to ensure proper surface preparation, and paint application techniques.</li><li>Collaborating with the project management team to determine material requirements, quantities, and project timelines.</li><li>Assisting in the selection and procurement of painting equipment, tools, and materials.</li><li>Training and mentoring junior painters to enhance their skills and maintain consistency in work quality.</li><li>Resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of work progress, material consumption, and time spent on projects.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li><span>Min of 5 years of </span><span>experience</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills (English is a must)</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational and time management skills</span></li><li><span>Very good computer skills</span></li></ul>
