With our physical shop located in Dubai, we aim to provide customers with an immersive experience that highlights the rich heritage and artistry behind our handcrafted products.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Russian Market Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expansion efforts and contributing to the success of our brand in the Middle East and Russia.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ol><li>Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential competitors in the Russian market. Gather data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>B2B Customer Management: Collaborate with the Manager to handle B2B customers who purchase stock services from Dubai, order directly from Peru, or express interest in purchasing online from Russia. Support the order fulfillment process, including order management, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.</li><li>Translation Support: Assist in the translation of website content, product descriptions, and marketing materials from English to Russian. Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations that maintain the brand’s tone and messaging.</li><li>Content Creation Support: Work closely with individuals in Russia responsible for creating content for our brand. Assist in coordinating content creation efforts, including gathering requirements, communicating brand guidelines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the brand’s presence in the Russian market.</li><li>Coordinate Meetings: Help coordinate meetings and appointments for the Manager, who will be traveling to Russia frequently. Arrange logistics, communicate schedules, and ensure all necessary arrangements are made for successful meetings.</li><li>Sales Support: Provide assistance in sales-related activities, including lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the Manager to nurture relationships with potential B2B customers and explore new business opportunities.</li><li>Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing BIRU’s participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and other events in Russia. Support logistics coordination, booth setup, product display, and customer engagement activities.</li><li>Market Analysis: Analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the Russian market.
