Job Description

    Design and development of Layout drawings, General arrangement drawing.

    Drafting experience in an engineering consultancy advantageous.

    Perform structural drafting for both residential and commercial projects.

    Set up project sheets & layout, foundation, walls, framing & beams.

    Experience with concrete, masonry and steel.

    Preparation of detailed engineering drawings and shop drawings for all kind of       structural buildings.

    Preparation of xref files for Architectural & Structural shop drawings.

    Preparation of bar bending schedule for RCC structures.

    Preparation of compound wall & fencing details.

    Preparation of DDA, DM, D.M.W standard drawings.

    Extraction of 2D design drawings from 3D models & Review of Architectural, Structural & Steel Drawings.

    Innovative & Modeling on REVIT Architecture and Structure.

    Experience in creating all types of detail Revit parametric families & models.

    Preparation of Design, As Built and shop drawing.

    Revise existing drawings and preparing new drawings for basic structures related to these heavy industrial plant designs.

    Highly experienced using Revit and all the relevant add-ins.

    Edit models based on engineer instructions, markups and sketches; create plans, section, details

and quantity schedules for documentation.

    Generate drawings Pdfs, Dwgs or images from model formats.

    Follows firm and project document standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Diploma

Additional Information

Minimum 5-10 Years of experience.

Good communication skills.

Good Knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork
