BIM Manager

Job Description

<p>We are currently looking for BIM Manager with experience in Design Development consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 12 Years UAE Experience using the <strong>Revit software (Architectural)</strong> and other relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max and etc)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the effective implementation and compliance of BIM standards, processes and protocols both at organization and project level.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Planning, design, delivery and efficient management of the BIM plan.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop accurate drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup and progress optimally, and teams are using Revit appropriately</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and collaboratively</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good multitasking and ability to manage strict deadlines</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>IMMIDIATELY AVAILABLE</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>preferably staying in Dubai</strong></p><p>*** Only qualified applicants are encourage to apply and may send their application enclosing updated CV with subject heading&nbsp;<strong>”Applying for the Position as BIM Manager” </strong>to zairene.gregorio@lacasa.ae*****</p><p>*** Applicants with previous application need not to apply ****</p>
