They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver.<br><br><strong>Project: NEOM </strong> Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company is appointed to provide executive project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of certain defined aspects of the NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>The BIM Manager will lead BIM execution and work closely with project Digital Delivery Manager and reports to the Engineering Managers. BIM Manager responsibilities include:<br><ul><li> Monitoring and maintaining project-level CDE and associated workflow (i.e., model coordination, collaboration, model federation, model health, LOD compliance, and clash management) in alignment with project scope and EIR, including routine CDE validation checks for compliance to BEP and project standards</li><li> Assessing BIM capacity & capability of the supply chain during tender & bidding</li><li> Drive standardization of CAD/BIM processes and tools within the delivery teams and supply chain</li><li> Reviewing lead appointed parties’ BIM Execution Plans. Verifying that contractor’s BIM processes, data quality, and completeness tools have been put in place</li><li> Ensuring CDE workflows with respect to design management, construction management, and change control have been institutionalized at the project level to support the BIM identified use-cases</li><li> Lead and conduct Model review and Clash management sessions with the AEC supply chain</li><li> Conducting project-specific required training and talent upskilling per identified needs<br></li></ul><strong><u>Specific Job Knowledge<br></u></strong><ul><li> Working knowledge of ISO19650 and application of those concepts and principles on projects</li><li> Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, CM-BIM, or related) is preferred</li><li> Must have knowledge of Autodesk , ESRI and Bentley 3D/BIM authoring Platforms including features, functions, and limitations,</li><li> Working knowledge and proficiency with the following: Collaboration and data management solutions: BIM 360 Suite, Assemble, Synchro, Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled quantity take-off, and BIM-enabled estimating tools</li><li> Knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design/Build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and other modern contractual delivery methods</li><li> Understands project workflows from design, estimation, coordination, construction support and fabrication</li><li> Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and inter-operability techniques</li><li> Proficient in oral and written communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment</li><li> Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications And Skills<br><br></u></strong><strong>Basic Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li> BS or MS degree in Architectural, Engineering or Construction Management</li><li> 15+ years of experience in AEC, EPCM projects with 5+ years in a supervisory role.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Preferred Qualification<br><br></u></strong>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM Manager/BIM/Digital Lead/VDC Manager leveraging and managing technology in facility design & construction.<br><br><strong>Shaping tomorrow together<br><br></strong><strong>Bechtel is one of the most respected global engineering, construction, and project management companies.
