<li><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></li><br> <p>we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Building Information Models (BIM), ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process. He/she will work closely with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other members of the construction team to ensure that the BIM is being used to its full potential. As much as possible, highlight the result that is expected from each task) </em></strong></p> <p><strong>LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p> <p><strong><em>(Full, Partial, Supporting</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in BIM from LOD 300 up to LOD 500</li> <li>Prepare Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) parameters, Asset Code and IFC models.</li> <li>Implement tools in the project based on the client’s / project requirements,</li> <li>Check / Review 3D Models from Client, consultants, and sub-contractors.</li> <li>Coordinate with all project teams.</li> <li>Assist with BIM Execution plan for each project,</li> <li>Prepare and review models.</li> <li>Review models with the Project team leaders and engineers in order to highlight if any design or construction issues,</li> <li>Participate in coordination meetings with BIM Manager / Project Teams and provide technical expertise to project team members,</li> <li>Create library of objects with embedded content that provides the level of details and information based on the phase / project and client requirements,</li> <li>Timely completion of models as per the project schedule.</li> <li>Ensure to have clash free model and have all the information as Shop drawing level</li> <li>Manage / Update BIM Project Documents</li> <li>Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360 platform</li> <li>Obtaining approvals from Consultant within the time frame</li> <li>Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage</li> <li>Help resolve BIM design issues, oversee coordinated digital documents to project team and link BIM to additional applications</li> <li>Coordinating with all other departments for timely resolution of issues affecting the project</li> <li>Good grasp of engineering principles and spatial co-ordination</li> <li>Adherence to BIM Standards</li> <li>Must have appreciation of interfacing with architectural and structural disciplines.</li> <li>Must be able to interpret MEP/architectural/structural engineering requirements.</li> <li>Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Intimate knowledge of industry standard layouts and nomenclature</li> <li>Prepare, update and maintain BIM 4D and simulations/reporting (actual vs Planned) in accordance with the baseline schedule and the updated schedule (timeline) using Navisworks software.</li> <li>Coordinate between Planning Team, BIM Team and Construction Team, to ensure the 4D model as accurate to site conditions as possible.</li> <li>Coordinate with the QS departments/cost for the effectiveness of the 5d simulation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>FULL</p> <p><strong>KPIs:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meeting project timeline with on time job supervision of all engineering team as per codes and standards</li> </ul> <p> </p>
