<p>We are looking for well experienced BIM Coordinator – Architectural and Structural</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Requirement:</strong> <u>Minimum 9 years’ experience required as BIM Coordinator</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up </li><li>Working experience in 3D modelling with the use of multiple software systems including Revit and Navisworks</li><li>Demonstrating a solid understanding of BIM processes, standards and construction processes across all stages of the project lifecycle</li><li>Ensuring project delivery meets Client/Project BIM standards, plan of Work and the requirements for the project BIM Execution plan</li><li>Creation of project BIM data base setup, including manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project team</li><li>Coordination with modeling team leaders and managers from project offices</li><li>Collaborating with internal and external clients related to project delivery Requirements</li><li>Liaise with Technical Manager to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams</li><li>View collision reports with relevant project team members and update collision reports and sending them to the project management team</li><li>Creating a 4D simulation of the workflow on site, verifying if the information entered in the model is correct, Verifying if all exported data from the model are complete and accurate, ensure that the model parameters are compliant with the BEP, initial configuration of 3D models in modeling programs (Revit, Naviswork, Solibri, Civil 3D etc.),</li><li>Configuring models for all disciplines to ensure that the correct coordinate system is used and models are matched, creating and adjusting design templates in modeling tools,&nbsp;creating solutions to improve the workflow with models, creating element families or an internal element library within the project, participating in the kickoff meetings to ensure that everyone understands the BIM process,</li><li>Participating in meetings with clients and others as a BIM Coordinator in the organization, establishing an agenda for regular coordination meetings, transferring models to new software versions&nbsp;verifying compliance, checking if any data has been omitted during the transfer</li></ul><p> </p><p> <strong><u>Requirements</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Should have minimum a bachelor degree in engineering filed Architectural or Civil</li><li>Have validated experience in Revit or other similar software platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>An excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit with proven experience, ideally having worked on major construction projects</li><li>Have a good understanding of BIM work flow, BIM Standards and BIM implementation, experience of advanced level collaboration tools</li><li>Has worked as a BIM Coordinator in the development of coordinated models between disciplines and contractors</li><li>Excellent interpersonal &amp; Communication skills</li><li>Should have valid UAE driving license</li></ul>
