BIM Architect

Job Description

My client is an award winning global design firm involved on a number of exciting projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Leisure and Residential sectors.
As part of their continued development and due to ongoing growth in the Middle East, they are looking to recruit BIM Architects in Dubai.

You will have experience and involved in detailing and design delivery of various projects and must have a portfolio to showcase.

Activities (But not limited to):
• Working with Architects, Engineers, and other project team members to create and manage BIM models, which are used to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing and implementing BIM standards and processes
• Generating and managing detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Preparing Revit models as well as creating sheets & annotations
