Job Description

<strong>Role Purpose<br></strong><ul><li>Analyze business requirements of Vodafone Products &amp; Services for post-paid subscribers </li><li>Design &amp; implement products &amp; services in Billing domain </li><li>Own code end-to-end from design to development on Billing platforms </li><li>Embrace automation and DevOps techniques and use version control on the billing tools and deployments </li><li>Ensure all products &amp; services have the highest quality &amp; best customer experience </li><li>Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement </li><li>Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design </li><li>Work collaboratively in Agile team to deliver business requirements <br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership<br></strong><ul><li>Detailed analysis of business requirements </li><li>Approach simple &amp; optimum design for products &amp; services </li><li>Strategic thinking in building new solutions </li><li>Ensure proper documentation for all products &amp; services </li><li>Share knowledge with team members and make use of best practices </li></ul><p><br></p>Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience<p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Having strong data-driven analytical skills </li><li>Creative and problem solver with a passion to provide excellent customer experience </li><li>Comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment </li><li>Experience in managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications </li><li>Exposure to Virtualization, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity is a plus </li><li>Vendor Management<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must have technical / professional qualifications: <br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field </li><li>0 to 4 years of experience in IT field </li><li>Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Python, Javascript …)</li><li>Good knowledge in computer networks.</li></ul>
