Our team takes ownership of creating and designing unique and customized solutions that meet and exceed customer’s requirements for the Asset condition / performance management.<p><br></p><strong>Partner with the best!</strong><p><br></p>As an Application &amp; Solutions Architect you will be accountable for strategy development and activation, together with the mapped Sales Team, to support Bently Nevada discover the customer needs and pains and architect the most technically sound and commercially viable solution for opportunity.<p><br></p><strong>As an Application Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Understanding and articulating the unique value proposition of Bently Nevada as ‘the preferred partner of choice’ for enterprise asset condition.</li><li> Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover opportunities.</li><li> Conducting site walkdowns and asset condition monitoring solution assessment surveys to establish as applicable, an enterprise wide Machinery Action Plan.</li><li> Leveraging collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to achieve maximum alignment of portfolio offer with customer pain points.</li><li> Enabling solution design using full depth and breadth of Baker Hughes Bently Nevada hardware &amp; software portfolio while also addressing architecture, cyber security, networking and interfaces across multiple enterprise subsystems and roadmap of products.</li><li> Partnering with Sales Managers to discover, enable and demonstrate value for innovative solution deployments and additional product adders.</li><li> Supporting commercial organization with FEED specification influence to serve as Key Accounts standard buying reference.</li><li> Assisting regional Application Solution Architect (ASA) Leader and the regional Sales Team with developing and executing strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends.</li><li> Working with regional Application Solution Architect, Sales, Commercial Operations, Services, Project, Engineering and Supply Chain organization as well as liaison with global experts and CoEs to assist with strategic Business initiatives.</li><li> Assisting the Application Solution Architect Leader to develop engineering and installation technical work scope, schedules and support cost estimates to facilitate business in area of expertise.</li><li> Delivering technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Fuel your passion</strong><p><br></p><strong>To be successful in this role you will:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Have Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.</li><li> Have minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in Machinery Condition Monitoring / Asset Performance Management space in the area of solution design, architecture and/or deployment, and sales or customer facing services management with focus on solutions.</li><li> Have experience in machinery Condition Monitoring and Protection based on vibration and dynamic data to understand complete solution architecture from sensor to cloud/enterprise-wide digital ecosystem.</li><li> Demonstrate excellent understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, RBM, RAM, TPM, etc.) for plant mechanical and electrical equipment</li><li> Able to discuss and explain multi-tiered system architecture and integration, experience with cloud deployment and Software as a Service (SaaS).<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Work in a way that works for you<p><br></p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
