<p><span>Our company is searching for a</span><strong> Senior Beauty Technician (Nail Technician) and Beauty Advisor </strong><span>to join our creative and dynamic team.</span></p><p><span>She will be base in Dubai or in Abu Dhabi and will be responsible to promote our luxury products by providing a wide variety of beauty treatments but not limited to manicures, nails and feet premium treatments, various face, and body treatments to clients.</span></p><p><span>The beauty technician or Beauty Advisor responsibilities include advising clients on suitable treatments plan, answering all beauty-related questions, recommending appropriate skin care or nail care products plan. We expect a class A candidate who will be passionate about selling beauty skin care and nail care products</span>.</p><p><span>To be successful as a beauty technician or Beauty Advisor you should be able using all our products, treatments, and equipment. Ultimately, an exceptional beauty technician should be able to effectively customize clients’ beauty treatments to achieve the best results and sales.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Job responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Offering clients advice on cosmetic and skincare products in Salon, Spa, clinics</span></li><li><span>Be able to promote our world class products to clients by demonstrating and training client’s staff on our </span><strong>Acrylic/ gel technique and our Spa hand/ feet care products.</strong></li><li><span>Performing various skin face and body treatments according to clients’ needs and be able to explain and convince the benefits of our product’.</span></li><li><span>Contacting leads, managing schedule, and setting up appointments to present company products on daily basis.</span></li><li><span>Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics.</span></li><li><span>Perform demo of our products, skincare treatment, nails treatment.</span></li><li><span>Extensive knowledge about the products you will be selling to educate customers about our products range.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrating product features to salons / Spa</span></li><li><span>Promote and present Kadoon Pro platform to clients. In this context, you will highlight platform’s features, capabilities, content, and ordering process.</span></li><li><span>Completing order forms online with clients cross selling and submitting them for processing.</span></li><li><span>Initiate product replenishment according to inventory by regularly visiting the clients.</span></li><li><span>Report daily salons/ Spa visits and operational performance metrics to the commercial manager.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u> Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in beauty Advisor in Dubai.</li><li><span>A minimum of 2+ experience in a spa or beauty technician (Nail Technician) in Dubai.</span></li><li>Fluent in English, excellent verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients’ needs and explaining treatment options.</li><li><strong>Excellent knowledge of Nail and Spa skincare regulations and procedures,</strong></li><li>Be distinguished by a clean and organized appearance.</li><li>Guess relation: address clients need in a professional, positive, and timely manner.</li><li>Maintenance of good inventory by keeping regularly inform the commercial manager on the stock level.</li><li>Work closely with the commercial manager, regularly update clients’ visits.</li><li>Be understanding and caring by making your customers feel comfortable.</li><li>Knowledge of strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.</li><li>Be commercial by providing customer advice on benefits and composition of the products.</li><li>Good treatment by phone; ability to reassure customers.</li><li>Knowledge of equipment and procedures to carry out the procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of human anatomy; circulatory system and skin of clients, and advice according to customer needs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
