OBJECTIVE – The position is responsible to represent our beauty brands by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service, retail experience and sales techniques.
- Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager / assistant store manager of the retailer you are positioned in and follow out instructions and expectations from the Head Office Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Must possess knowledge of varied beauty products and accessories
- Demonstrate excellent selling skills
- Recommend and link sell customer specific products
- Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer services
- Brand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout norms
- Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards
- Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product
- Must be presentable and well-groomed at all the times
- Report personal daily sales to the head office at the end of each shift
- Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers
- Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival period
- Report out of stocks and loss dales to head office
- Advise store management when out of stocks happen and that replenishment is needed.
- Must be updated about beauty trends and customers requests and requirements
- Create and maintain a customer data base, which must be shared with Head Office at the end of each month
- be pro-active in self-learning
- To surpass client expectations
- Ensure clients are welcomed in a high level manner in order to create a strong relationship with them and ensure brand loyalty
The Candidate
You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 3 years of experience . You are passionate about the field of Beauty, particularly Skincare and Hair Care and have a strong understanding of customer experience. Your excellent interpersonal, communication skills and sense of initiative, along with a strong intercultural approach will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
English is a must, some Arabic language is preferential.
Location will be in Key Beauty stores in Bahrain
