<p>Beauty Advisor </p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><p>1) Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.</p><p>2) Handling customers queries and issues.</p><p>3) Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.</p><p>4) Sell health and wellness products (all non-medicines) in accordance with customer service standards and professional selling skills.</p><p>5) Drive top line sales by consistently demonstrating exceptional Selling Skills.</p><p>6) Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.</p><p>7) Develop a repeat-business customer base to regularly communicate upcoming events, new range receipts and promotions to achieve incremental sales.</p><p>8) Ensure proper presentation, storing, and replenishment of stock.</p><p>9) Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.</p><p>10) Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.</p><p>11) Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and return to vendors (RTVs).</p><p>12) Ensure customer satisfaction: deliver a clean, neat and easy-to-shop store environment.</p><p>13) Meeting sales targets and submitting reports.</p><p>14) Attend product training classes and seminars.</p><p>15) Explain and demonstrate use of the products through actual application</p><p><br></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p><br></p><p>Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month</p><p><br></p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p><br></p>
