<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Proposed Title:</strong> Beauty Consultant</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Brand Manager</p><p><br></p><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Spending time with customers, giving them individual advice to help them choose products, If Fragrance, understanding and recommending products which will suit the customer’s lifestyle, skin type, age</li><li>Giving a high priority to sales – companies usually set a sales target linked with financial rewards added to the basic salary</li><li>Keeping up to date with new ranges of products, fragrance and product promotions</li><li>Monitoring stock levels and sales, and re-ordering when necessary.</li></ul><p> Keeping customer records to create a more personalized service</p><ul><li>May involve wrapping purchases and taking cash, cheque or credit cards as payment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Expertise: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>An outgoing personality and friendly manner</li><li>Clear spoken communication skills</li><li>Sales skills</li><li>customer service skills</li><li>The ability to work in a small team and get on well with colleagues</li><li>Math’s skills for cash handling and recording stock.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience :</p><p>Minimum 3yrs of experience in the Niche Fragrance industry is a must.</p><p>Salary offered : AED 5K to AED 6.5K.</p>
