<p>Job Description – KSA BEAUTY ADVISOR </p><p><br></p><p>OBJECTIVE – The position is responsible to represent our beauty brands by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service, retail experience and sales techniques. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager / assistant store manager of the retailer you are positioned in and follow out instructions and expectations from the Head Office Team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must possess knowledge of varied beauty products and accessories</li><li>Demonstrate excellent selling skills</li><li>Recommend and link sell customer specific products</li><li>Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer services</li><li>Brand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge</li><li>Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout norms</li><li>Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards</li><li>Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product</li><li>Must be presentable and well-groomed at all the times</li><li>Report personal daily sales to the head office at the end of each shift</li><li>Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers</li><li>Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival period</li><li>Report out of stocks and loss dales to head office</li><li>Advise store management when out of stocks happen and that replenishment is needed.</li><li>Must be updated about beauty trends and customers requests and requirements</li><li>Create and maintain a customer data base, which must be shared with Head Office at the end of each month</li><li>be pro-active in self-learning</li><li>To surpass client expectations</li><li>Ensure clients are welcomed in a high level manner in order to create a strong relationship with them and ensure brand loyalty</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The Candidate</p><p><br></p><p>You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 1 year of experience . You are passionate about the field of Beauty, particularly Skincare and Hair Care and have a strong understanding of customer experience. Your excellent interpersonal, communication skills and sense of initiative, along with a strong intercultural approach will be a real asset to succeed in this position.</p><p><br></p><p>English and Arabic is a must </p><p><br></p><p>Location will be in Key Beauty stores in Riyadh and must be flexible to work across multiple stores or change location with the needs of the business.</p>
