<p>Luxury One Real Estate is an award winning agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.</p><p>If you are someone who is looking to grow &amp; succeed, Luxury One Real Estate is the place to be.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Bayut &amp; Dubbizle specialist with minimum of <strong>2 years experience.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Updating Bayut &amp; Dubbizle with old &amp; new listings everyday</li><li>Making a report per week about hot, signature &amp; featured properties </li><li>Handing &amp; Distributing Bayut &amp; Dubbizle leads.</li><li>Providing a detailed lead report every week</li><li>Providing solutions on how to make the listings better.</li><li>Conducting quality checks on leads 24 to 48 hours after receiving a lead.</li><li>Getting Trakheesi Permits</li><li>Making Form A</li><li>Making Form F</li><li>Making Form M</li><li>Making A to A forms</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS BAYUT &amp; DUBBIZLE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST, should know English.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer?</strong></p><ul><li>5000 AED salary</li><li>Insurance + Visa</li><li>Performance Bonus </li><li>Leave Benefits as per UAE Labor law</li></ul>
