Rixos Qetaifan Island North
Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
Bartender/Barista
This position requires more than just preparing and serving drinks. Must have a passion for mixology, the art and science of creating innovative Hot beverages, coffee arts, cocktails, mocktails, and blended drinks with new or uncommon ingredients. A beverage enthusiast, refine and can showcase the craft of creating cocktails, mocktails, hot drinks, and blending drinks.

What you will be doing:
– Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
– Assist guests regarding all food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
– Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
– Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
– Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
– Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
– Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
– To prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
– To interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and hot and cold drinks
– To assess bar customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
