<p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.</p><p>To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibility:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant&nbsp;</li><li>Interact with&nbsp;Guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks</li><li>Assess&nbsp;Guest’ needs and preferences and make&nbsp;recommendations</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li><li>Plan and present bar menu</li><li>Check&nbsp;Guest’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age</li><li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li><li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li><li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li><li>Control beverage cost and minimize wastage&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in bar inventory.</li><li>Cleanliness of bar areas and beverage stores&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements and skills: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>English language required</li><li>Stock control </li><li>Experience of minimum 1 year as a Bartender </li><li>HCCP knowledge</li><li>Cocktail recipes knowledge</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>It is the Company’s intention that this job description should serve as a guide to the major areas for which you will be accountable, although it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of your duties.
