Job Description

·        Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, teas, cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

·        Create unique and visually appealing drink presentations that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

·        Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering drink recommendations based on their preferences.

·        Ensure a clean and well-stocked bar area, including managing inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing bar equipment.

·        Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

·        Collaborate with the bar team to develop and refine drink recipes, ensuring consistency and innovation in our beverage offerings.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the bar’s success.

·        Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and maintaining a balanced cash register.

·        Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, building rapport, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Skills
