Job Description

<p>We are urgently hiring for Waiters and Barmen positions in our restaurants/beach club located in Dubai Marina.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p><em>BARMAN</em></p><ul><li>Prepare various beverages</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li><li>Plan and present bar menu</li><li>Maintain bar inventory and supplies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>WAITER</em></p><ul><li>Greet customers and hand out menus.</li><li>Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.</li><li>Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.</li><li>Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.</li><li>Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.</li><li>Prepare the bill for tables when requested.</li><li>Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.</li><li>Administer change to tables if needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Good communication skills</li><li>With at least 1 year experience in the same field </li><li>Willing to be trained </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Salary is AED1,100 for the waiter and AED1,200 for the barman + accommodation or live out allowance.</p>
