<p>An exciting role has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking Bartender to join the Food &amp; Beverage team to work for Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Serve soft &amp; house beverages according to defined standards.</li><li>Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.</li><li>Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, and highlight promotions to guests</li><li>Work with your restaurant colleagues to offer a seamless food service</li><li>Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works</li><li>Change beer barrels</li><li>Look after your bar – keep it clean and tidy and make sure the alcohol is always secure</li><li>Ensure that all stock is established as per par levels and stored according to BWR Food Hygiene Standards.</li><li>Maintain a complete knowledge of beverages and grapes to advise the guests and colleagues when necessary.</li><li>Undertake opening, closing &amp; cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.</li><li>Inform Outlet Manager/ Assistant Manager of any stock losses, problems or unavailable items.</li><li>Assist in the stocktaking of beverages and operating equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with Stewarding to ensure equipment and bar area is kept hygienically clean and tidy at all times and sufficient glassware is available for the levels of business.</li><li>Control and rotate stock on a FIFO (first in first out) system.</li><li>Ensure the checking of expiration dates and that all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in designated storage area.</li><li>Demonstrate some ability &amp; independence in problem solving.</li><li>Communicate details of complaints or issues that could result in complaints, loss of business, productivity or profit to the Outlet Manager or Beverage Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualification Required:</p><p><br></p><p>In order to be considered for this role you will have to have: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 year previous experience as a bartender </li><li>Good command of English language, both oral and written</li><li>A good approach to teamwork; a willingness to learn </li><li>Must be at the minimum age to serve alcohol in line with any local legislative requirements.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Knowledge of Micros/ POS</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Candidates must be located in Dubai UAE.
