Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of Bartenders in charge.
- Prepares mise-en-place for service.
- Welcomes arriving guest and ensures prompt service.
- Takes care of the guests and provides excellent services for their requests.
- Enhances guest satisfaction through warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the hotel
- Develops strong relationships with guests with the aim of gaining their loyalty
- Supervise and oversee the operation/section to maintain service standards
- Check on employees’ discipline, grooming standards and punctuality
- Check on guests’ satisfaction levels and properly handle feedback and follow-up
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Monitor quality of food and beverage products in every order
- Able to account and handle cash effectively, efficiently, with integrity and follow established and proper Accounting procedures.
- To motivate, coach and project a positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
- Knowledgeable of the latest trends in bartending world, creativity and ability to upsell cocktails.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
