<ul><li>Hotel /Restaurant/Bakery </li><li> Job Description/Profile Description </li><li> Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding as well as the Outlet </li><li> Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation. Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way </li><li> Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team. </li><li> Monitor duty schedules for the respective team. </li><li> Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of assigned employees. </li><li> Work towards the timely set up of the assigned Food Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours </li><li> Handle the welcome of arriving guests and their seating through the hostess and takeover, if she is not available </li><li> Familiar with the outlets menu, promotional activities, and other relevant issues concerning the restaurant. </li><li> Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking. </li><li> Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. </li><li> Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays </li><li> Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to the supervisor immediately. </li><li> Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. </li><li> Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards. </li></ul><p><br></p>This job is provided by Shine.com
