<p>BSI Lifestyle, international travel and concierge agency, with a head office in London, searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of <strong>Back Office Manager.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p><span>· Manage high volumes of customer queries including making& amending accommodation bookings, updating changes and processing payments.</span></p><p><span>· Reach out to suppliers for rates on hotels, transfers/transportation, private yacht, private jets & all other lifestyle requests.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Organize transfers, and rental of vehicles, including checking the drivers on route.</span></p><p><span>· Book and purchase tickets for sports, fashion, concerts and events worldwide.</span></p><p><span>· Accurate booking control.</span></p><p><span>· Recommendation and reservation of tables in restaurants. </span></p><p><span>· Use a wide variety of in-house systems and the current database of suppliers.</span></p><p><span>· Working closely with the operational team.</span></p><p><span>· Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p><span>· </span><span>Minimum 1-year experience working in travel & tourism role.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>An in-depth professional understanding of all travel and tourism-related factors and policies including refunds, reissues, and itinerary changes.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>In-depth understanding of Tour operators, DMC’s & bed banks. </span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Native or Advanced level of Russian / Ukrainian.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Upper-intermediate level of English.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Experienced PC user (MS Office).</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Demonstrable ability to handle crises and turn negative into positive.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Ability to interact in a friendly manner and provide accurate, detailed, and complete travel information.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Positive attitude and self-motivation.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Flexible and proactive.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Ability to take responsibility and act accordingly.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and time management.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Ready to stay connected 24/7 and work on weekends (shifts).</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><p><span>· </span><span>Competitive salary in USD.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Young and creative team.</span></p>
