Our company, a well-regulated Forex Broker, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office/Customer Support Officer within the forex industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations of our back-office functions. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the forex industry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Serve as the first point of contact for customers, promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries via email, chat, or phone.</li><li> Provide comprehensive product knowledge, guidance, and assistance to customers regarding account setup, trading platforms, transactional procedures, and general forex-related queries.</li><li> Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li> Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills.</li><li> Back Office Operations:</li><li> Verify and update customer account information, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies.</li><li> Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify and address any irregularities or potential compliance risks.</li><li> Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and finance, to ensure seamless flow of information and streamline processes.</li><li> Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and related documentation.</li><li> Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain a high level of compliance and risk management standards.</li><li> Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management.</li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.</li><li> Proven experience in customer support, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.</li><li> Strong understanding of forex trading concepts, platforms, and related products.</li><li> Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance procedures, and risk management practices in the forex industry.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.</li><li> Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.</li><li> Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li> Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</li><li> High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to maintaining client trust and data security.</li><li> Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.</li></ul><p><br></p>We offer:<p><br></p><ul><li> Attractive remuneration package.</li><li> Paid birthdays leave, and gift provided by the company</li><li> Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.</li><li> A dynamic and supportive work environment.</li><li> Happy Hour Fridayβs and other benefits.</li><li> Exciting Company Events</li><li> Progressive working environment</li></ul><p><br></p>If you are passionate about the forex industry, have a customer-centric approach, and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, we would love to hear from you.
