Job Title: Backend Developer<br>Location: Egypt, Cairo<br><br>We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server infrastructure, APIs, and databases for our web and mobile applications. You will ensure the security and scalability of the backend infrastructure, and work closely with our front-end developers and product managers to deliver high-quality products.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>- Design, develop, and maintain the server infrastructure, APIs, and databases for our web and mobile applications<br>- Ensure the security and scalability of the backend infrastructure<br>- Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to develop new features and improve existing ones<br>- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving issues related to the backend infrastructure<br>- Write efficient and maintainable code, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality<br>- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment<br>- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, and make recommendations for improvements to our technology stack<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field<br>- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on server infrastructure, APIs, and databases<br>- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java<br>- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL<br>- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services<br>- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure<br>- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes<br>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<br>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br><br>Diverge is a Creative Experience &amp; Tech company that specializes in building enterprise software solutions, creating immersive virtual realities, and providing digital innovation services.
