We are preparing to launch in July 2023, and currently have 55 companies waiting on the platform waiting to hire talented developers such as yourself.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is what we are looking for in a developer:</strong></p><ul><li>Any range of experience (0-5 years), as long as you can demonstrate your knowledge 💪</li><li>Solid understanding of backend programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Ruby.</li><li>Familiarity with web application frameworks and technologies (Django, Spring, ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and designing efficient data models.</li><li>Experience with RESTful API development and integration.</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Understanding of version control systems (Git, SVN) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Trello).</li><li>Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We value candidates with good fundamentals in backend development, including a solid understanding of programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. While specific experience and expertise are advantageous, we believe in providing opportunities for growth and learning.
