<p>Accounting & Advisory firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a junior, resilient, empathic B2B sales Executive to contribute to the growth of the firm. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.</li><li>Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.</li><li>Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.</li><li>Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.</li><li>Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole</li><li>Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems</li><li>Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients</li><li>Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities</li><li>Maintaining client activities in CRM</li><li>Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs</li><li>Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts</li><li>Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation</li><li>Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings</li><li>Assisting with marketing and promotional projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Skills:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role</li><li>Experience with CRM software</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Experience in managing and growing sales teams</li><li>Excellent multi-tasking skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Ability to sell value and create credibility</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>Enthusiastic about building good relationships with people</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li></ul><p><br></p>
