Job Scope
The B2B Sales Executive is accountable for generating sales through maintaining strong relationships with customers and developing new opportunities and partnerships. S/He achieves predefined sales targets, negotiates prices and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the direct manager on creating and implementing new strategic directions generating more demand for the B2B department and developing initiatives and solutions that best serve the business;
- Build own forecast to analyze sales trends and discuss findings with the direct manager;
- Assist the Sales Manager in defining key initiatives for business development and growth;
- Establish strong business relationships with acquired and existing accounts and manage key strategic ones;
- Study the market for sales opportunities, generate leads and acquire new accounts;
- Capture leads on CRM and follow up until closed;
- Handle customer onboarding, registration and credit requests;
- Oversee the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closing;
- Visit customers to review product/service needs, update orders and follow up on deliverables and other pending issues accordingly;
- Negotiate and finalize prices and terms of payments with customers within approved brackets and report on action taken and closed deals;
- Update customers regularly on any product/service changes, new introductions and modifications;
- Maintain and update corporate accounts and database on a regular basis;
- Deal with complaints taking appropriate decisions and report consequent actions to concerned;
- Conduct regular market visits, prepare a competitor’s analysis report and build recommendations to increase sales and enhance market positioning;
- Coordinate with the concerned departments on the introduction of new products/services in the market and stay abreast on modifications and latest changes;
- Ensure proper and timely financial and sales reporting;
- Manage ad hoc responsibilities including but not limited to tenders, contracts and tasks related to the public sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
- CRM, Microsoft office
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
