<ul><li><strong>Job Title: </strong>AWP Engineer</li><li><strong>Project: </strong>Borouge 4</li><li><strong>Job Location: </strong>Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE</li><li><strong>Job type/Contract: T</strong>emporary, 15 Months (Extenable) .</li><li><strong>Salary range: Competitive</strong> salary package with benefits</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job summary/Role description</strong></p><ul><li>The project concerns the three EPC contracts relating to the world-class fourth expansion phase (Borouge 4) of the Ruwais polyolefins complex in Ruwais, located about 240 km west of Abu Dhabi City (Abu Dhabi, UAE).The scope of work entails complete engineering services, equipment and material supply, erection and construction activities, commissioning, and start-up assistance. The completion is expected by 2025.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the construction efforts by providing technical support to perform Construction Planning and Construction Engineering for assigned projects including implementation of the project execution strategy.</li><li>Developing information needed as input to the project and contract documents.</li><li>Developing the project’s Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) requirements as a key component of the project’s area/systems-based construction execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>At Least 10 years of Relevant experience in construction of large Oil &amp; Gas plants/ EPC projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent English;</li><li>Excellent IT and analytical skills;</li><li>Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Attention to details;</li><li>Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.</li><li>knowledge in polytene facilities is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Special Requirements and Comments</strong></p><p>Only spontaneous candidates will be considered for this role.</p>
