JOB PURPOSE:

  • The role holder is responsible for writing and managing Reports and Dashboards for the Strategic Client Unit. Monitor performance and key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Generic Accountability:

  • Collects and compiles TA metrics and data from a variety of sources including department systems, management and employee surveys, market data & insights, competitors’ practices and other sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to relationship managers, clients. Looking at relationship manager motivation, client satisfaction, business turnover, credit limits, scorecards, sales credit and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing system reports
  • Provide ongoing reports for Strategic Client Team
  • Produce and present reports for other business areas as required
  • Work with key stakeholders and management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Using data to drive client revenues and profits
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Create and maintain dashboards
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Strategic Client Unit team, providing data driven insights to support the team make intelligent decisions.

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within a consulting, strategy, management operations or banking.
  • Excellent English written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Power Point and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or Advance user preferred)
  • High personal standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power Bi & Tableau (certification an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Understanding of financial institutions and banking
