Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business and country financial performance management
Support EAMEA Regional CFO and CEO with decision support & performance management performance analysis, Flash and MI packs development, and effective coordination with EAMEA Businesses and country Finance teams
Support Country CFOs in providing recommendations to improve risk adjusted performance with appropriate emphasis on optimizing balance sheet, diversifying revenues or controlling costs
Monitor the financial performance and positions with reference to the budget for businesses across EAMEA
Same as above for overall International view when required
Forecasting & Budgeting
Support for the annual budgeting process for EAMEA locations
Support the monthly forecasting process with consistent approach to enable a FY Outlook perspective on key financial metrics
Engage Financial / Product Control teams, Funding, and Markets / Liquidity Risk Management teams to enable a holistic financial forecast and highlight key risks and opportunities to drive financial performance

MI reporting process
Produce MI for EAMEA in collaboration with Group FP&A and International Finance teams, highlighting the performance to support decision making for EAMEA CEO and leadership teams
Review and discuss Businesses and country performance with stakeholders (internal within Finance and external to Finance) on a monthly basis and obtain appropriate explanations for material variances.
Ensure that all management reporting requirements (including budgets, forecasts, actuals) are met with timely delivery to relevant stakeholders across EAMEA and Group

Capital, Financial, Regulatory and Taxation Reporting Support
Work closely with Country Finance teams, Group FC, Group Tax and Group Capital Management to support them where HO input is required
Control Environment
Rep Office Financial Controller
Support Rep offices e.g. Swiss and Brazil with monthly financial operation and financial control processes that support the Rep office operations e.g. payments, funding, HO journals
Prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Rep offices
General Financial Control Activities
Monitor Costs pertaining to the countries and prepare analysis on key cost drivers
Provide ad-hoc support e.g. AOV gaps and fixes where required
Transformation and Continuous Improvement
Ensure completion of activities related to project initiatives such as documentation of business requirements and finance user acceptance testing
Seek to identify and recommend changes that improve Customer Satisfaction and Team Efficiency at all times
JOB CONTEXT
Client level Reporting
Preparation of quarterly client revenue report for all international location in EAMEA and APAC region and reconciliation of the same with financial pack released by group finance
Preparation of Global client revenue report (using international and UAE client revenue report) to show revenue profitability for Key Network group
Global RM and Network RM level revenue reporting
Working towards streamlining the process to get more accurate and detailed client revenue report useful for country CEOs, CFOs and RMs to get global view on key network group
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Chartered Accountant or an equivalent international qualification e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA
Masters in Finance / MBA desirable
Minimum Experience
3+ years, ideally within banking context
5+ years, working within Finance
Additional Information
Support the EAMEA and FAB International Business with Decision Support and Performance Management expertise. Work with key business stakeholders to provide strategic financial insight and reporting in order to drive performance and financial management across EAMEA. This includes strategic decision support, provision of financial information, ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and financial process governance.
Work with the EAMEA CFO and within the International Finance team to provide support for driving performance, allocating resources, shaping strategy and ensuring decisions are based on facts.
Effectively coordinate, communicate and build creditable relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance and the EAMEA Businesses using in-depth knowledge of EAMEA and International businesses, products and markets
Support Group Finance on International Finance Transformation initiatives
Provide ad-hoc support for International Finance Control environment
