Job Summary
As an AV Supervisor is responsible to monitor the operation and functions of the AV Systems and able to lead the AV Team, whereby the role will include key responsibilities such as:
Job Responsibilities 1
Able to lead a team of AV Technicians for day-to-day work.
Reporting to the AV Engineer for system status on provided schedule and updating the team progress completion report.
Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigned, including manpower, material planning, and scheduling and, to ensure its proper execution.
Manages the Technicians based on their trades, divides them into teams, and assigns tasks to each group to accomplish them within the allocated time.
Understand and diagnose the system on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis or per OEM recommendation.
Coordinates or inspects, operates, and maintains the systems.
Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees, clients/vendors/contractors.
Ensure maintenance service quality of high standards.
Ensure Quality, Health & Safety standards are maintained.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of project-wise time sheets as per the prescribed standard of the Company.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Must know how the principle of electrical and electronic.
Must have experience with audio (music studio setup) and lighting (DMX, KNX, Bacnet) systems.
Must understand drawings and know how to read the units standard.
Expert knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external contacts
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems, and design solutions
Detail-oriented and strong analytical skill
Extensive knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques,
and procedures
Proficient in the use of computers for making engineering calculations
Job Experience
Minimum 2-3 experiences in the same role and proven knowledge in operation and maintenance of the equipment, especially on ELV equipment
