Job Description
- To undertake all technical responsibilities for the delivery of services and engineering projects, as per assignment.
KPIs:
Project’s delivery on time.
Executing project within the allocated budget.
Ability of problem solving.
Degree of customer satisfaction.
- Analyses customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Technical Team Leader.
- Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Technical Team Leader.
- Prepares Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the Technical Team Leader.
- Undertakes the implementation and coding of software
- Assigns engineers and technician to undertake the installation activitiesand follows-up on their work.
- Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
- Implements the required process & suggest any adjustments that improve the flow of work
- Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the team leader.
- Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project.
- Provides feedback to the Technical Team Leader on the performance of Technicians as input into their performance evaluations
Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Electronics, Communication, or Power Engineering
- 5 – 8 years of technical experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Very good command of English
