<p><strong>Scope of work, Required skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Manually clean and degrease parts</p><p>Cover surfaces of small parts in order to apply spray paint or in order to paint them with a paste, he uses scotch tape, etc. and removes the above</p><p>Make easy puttying using a spatula and subsequent grinds or finishes spots with putty</p><p>Paint or spray the basic paint on the components</p><p>Spray on the primer, putty, damping substance and spraying of cavities</p><p>Repair paints of finished truck bodies</p><p>Mix colours to achieve identical shade</p><p>Make manual cleaning, degreasing and application of chemical pre-treatment on parts</p><p>Use of low-pressure and high pressure application device and perform its basic maintenance</p><p>Mix thins, non-skid and various others chemicals</p><p>Must be able to read technical documentation (drawings, technological procedures)</p><p>Perform painting of small (brackets, holders) and big (cab, frame, etc.) parts</p><p>Measurement of Coating characteristics.</p><p>Hand Painting skills for use of paint spray gun and preparation to painting&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Use of visual aids</p><p>Prepare parts and vehicle surfaces for paint and process</p><p>Perform final stencil and touch-up operations</p><p>Follow proper procedures for the steam cleaning of parts and vehicles</p>
