We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automation Solution Architect to join our Automation Team in Algeria. This position is responsible for growing our Digital Power software & hardware solutions in Algeria and Tunisia. The role will focus on presenting our offers (generating awareness), designing and validating architectures with the clients, and act as a technical leader during main execution stage. The product portfolio includes MV Protection Relays, Bay Controler Units, RTUs, Power Metering, On-prem Software and Cloud. An ideal candidate would have 5-6 years of experience in these areas.
Identify Opportunities, defined technical solution, Quote Interface directly with Sales forces & Customers to understand Project requirements & Customer needs Ensure proper visibility of pipeline and achievements thru application of BFO guidelines Detail all Customer requirements in a technical Architecture, optimized for price Managing Customer expectations through design and deployment process Monitors closely the performance of offers in scope (OI, sales, GM) Act as technical leader advising during project execution stage Leads the new offers launch process together with Marketing Collaborate with sales professionals, colleagues, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities Identify System Integrator partners with expertise in different segments / applications, who can influence specifications and deliver solutions to End Users. Coordinate relationships between key partner personnel and Schneider Electric executives Create and maintain territory sales plan trough Integrators Coach partner’s sales and delivery leaders on technical issues

Qualifications
Good understanding of EPAS/PACIS software, hardware Micom, Sepam, C264, and communications architectures Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC61850, SNTP, IEC104, DNP3 Experience with business segments such as Energy & Chemical & Power & Grid Customer-service oriented and able to advocate for customers with project teams Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and technical colleagues, sharing detailed technical information in an easy-to-understand manner (written and verbal) Fluent in English & French Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of work experience
