Our Development department would like to welcome a detail-oriented. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Automation QA Team Lead</strong> in our office in <strong>Amman, Jordan</strong>. </p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>The Automation QA Team Lead is responsible for building automation tests or managing automation QA team. You will be taking full ownership of the automation testing of our dynamic web based both client-facing and intranet software. </p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Expand the coverage of the existing automation test suites </li><li>Improve stability and scalability of the existing automation test cases </li><li>Automate assigned areas/features </li><li>Create an automation strategy and document it for the Front-end and Backend applications </li><li>Mentor junior team members </li><li>Introduce and adhere to the best QA practices </li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies </strong></p><ul><li>Selenium Web Driver with PHP/Javascript/C# or other language </li><li>Proven ability to analyse requirements and compose test cases. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX </li><li>Strong command of SQL </li><li>Ability to work and deliver independently with minimal supervision </li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience </li><li>5 + years of professional experience in UI Automation and backend automation experience </li><li>1+ years of experience in a team lead position </li><li>1+ years of experience with Appium </li><li>API, UI and DB automation experience </li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Perks</strong> </p><p>Each of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy – but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
