<p><strong><u>WE DELIVER – Let’s deliver together:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Reporting any and all system anomalies for CPD, Parts, service, workshops and warranty/PDI</li><li>Supporting Key users with new requirements for aftersales divisions</li><li>Granting minimum access and privileges to aftersales users</li><li>Creating reports and advising users on best practices.</li><li>Assist in the design, delivery, and improvement of Autoline application</li><li>Communicate with management and assist in process improvement.</li><li>Train users locally and remotely.</li><li>Protect company assets and restrict visibility on confidential data.</li><li>Control and minimize system abuse and prevent fraudulent activities.</li><li>Maintaining good relations with users and management for the aftersales area.</li><li>Ability to deal with external partners and fulfil their requirements without jeopardizing company confidentiality.</li><li>Prioritizing support with customer in mind.</li><li>Setup users and roles ensuring employees have adequate access to perform their duties</li><li>Attend meetings and contribute with Autoline processes and functionality.</li><li>Thorough knowledge on Autoline company structure and all aftersales modules integration</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>WE DREAM – This is what we dream of:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Candidate must have minimum of 4 years experience in all aftersales modules, WMS, CRM, manufacturing systems, print manager, report generator and understanding in multi franchise with OEM’s requirements. Knowledge on Autoline Drive database relations and tables.</li><li>The most important part of the job is to have a knowledge of current IT system and future requirement.
