Job Description
<strong>We have two positions for Authorized Inspectors in Saudi Arabia. The location is flexible. Provide inspection activities for ASME and NBIC code, Pressure Equipment Directive and Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations.</strong> <strong>Required</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>National Board endorsements for ASME and NBIC inspection activity</li><li>Detailed knowledge of pressure vessel construction codes and standards</li><li>3 years of mechanical engineering, inspection or quality assurance experience based upon pressure vessel equipment</li><li>Spoken and written English</li><li>Good computer skills for Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes applications</li><li>A valid driving license</li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal skills and interact well within a multi-cultural team<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desired</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or International Welding Engineer qualification</li><li>Level I,II or III in NDE techniques (e.g. RT, PT, MT, VT)</li><li>Additional National Board endorsements for repair of in-service inspection</li></ul><p><br></p>At The Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, we see Diversity and Inclusion as a solution to the challenges and opportunities all around us.
