Other key responsibilities include:<br><br><ul><li>Performing complete secretarial functions for attorneys and/or paralegals requiring knowledge of format, procedure, and specialized terminology.</li><li>Researching and obtaining a wide variety of information or documents requested by attorneys and/or paralegals.</li><li>Drafting, revising, and submitting client billings. May contact clients regarding delinquent bills.</li><li>Processing expenses and/or invoices for payment.</li><li>Maintaining and tracking inbox and/or calendars for attorneys.</li><li>Coordinating travel arrangements. Updating attorneys concerning mail and phone messages while traveling.<br></li></ul><strong><u>About You<br><br></u></strong>Join our team if you:<br><br><ul><li>Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English &amp; Arabic.</li><li>Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm.</li><li>Possess knowledge and proficiency in PC applications required, including word processing (MS Word) and spreadsheet software.<br></li></ul>And have:<br><br><ul><li>A college degree or equivalent.</li><li>Secretarial/support assistance experience desired to interpret law office policies and procedures and produce accurate legal documents with minimal supervision<br></li></ul>We encourage you to apply!<br><br>Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding opportunity, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
