<p><strong><u>Job Purpose:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>This role is a pivotal support role, where you will delve into the details of cost analysis, database management, and GRN accruals reconciliation. Your sharp analytical skills will contribute to accurate financial reporting, as you meticulously oversee the preparation of F&B monthly packs. Embrace this opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a lasting impact on our costing processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>In this role you will have the amazing opportunity to:</u></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Key liaison point with operations, commercial finance & Procurement team. </li><li>Prepare F&B recipe costing in FMC and linking with POS.</li><li>Overview price updates for ELR & MMI for all anomalies and correction.</li><li>Creation of inventories for F&B outlets and providing variance reports.</li><li>Preparing Closing stock, Wastage, Transfer & COS JV for GP margin analysis for F&B outlets.</li><li>Responsible for FMC setups for ISM markets.</li><li>Managing item creation, price updates, order list templates, transfer templates & wastage templates for FMC across all ELR markets.</li><li>Manage all operation related query and ensuring these to be sorted. </li><li>Assisting the Line manager in yearly audits</li><li>Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Selection Criteria:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Essential: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Finance with minimum 5 years’experience in similar Industry / role</li><li>Self-starter and highly motivated.</li><li>Good IT skills, mainly Excel </li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills & presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team and also unsupervised.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>System Experience of AX, FMC, Tableau</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>
